Greet all guests. Professional in-person and phone etiquette.
Check-in and check-out guests.
Responsible for accuracy of guest reservations and guest folios.
Communication amongst departments and with guests.
Knowledgeable of hotel services and amenities.
Knowledgeable of area services and facilities.
Able to handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
Dependable and trustworthy.
Handle all related administrative tasks.
Must be able to stand for your full shift.
Professional attire and hygiene.
