Who You Are:
We are seeking a full time Home Maintenance Worker, as well as a seasonal worker to join our rapidly growing team. You must like working around a home, be a self-starter, service oriented, a team player, and comfortable lifting heavy objects.
What You'll Do:
Daily hands-on home maintenance responsibilities both inside the home and on the property.
You will be an important member of Property Management Team and perform tasks such as:General exterior home maintenance.
Pressure washing of home exterior and hardscape.
Window washing.
Metal polishing.
Outside furniture set up and movement.
Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues.
What You Bring:
Your Prior Work Experience:
You preferably have prior experience working in residential home services, groundskeeping, hospitality services or similar experience.
Job Requirements:
Eligible to work in the United States.
Clear English language communicator.
Flexible on shift schedules.
Ability to multi-task and rapidly get high-quality work done.
Must have valid Driver's License for 3+ years with no incidents or suspension
