Job Requirements / Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Record accounting data/transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Receive, process, and verify AP invoices.
  • Communicate and manage relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, billing and collections.
  • Provide support to finance and accounting staff.
  • Create and update spreadsheets.
  • Perform other accounting duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skill

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
  • Strong data entry and word processing skills.
  • Previous accounting experience a plus but not necessary.
