We are a committed team of security and software engineers focused on cloud and container security across Apple. As a Cloud Engineer in Vulnerability Management, you will be responsible for developing security telemetry through metadata creation to identify actionable security vulnerabilities at Apple scale within the cloud and container environments.
Description
This role demands a highly technical and hands-on approach in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. You will collaborate closely with various application, system and infrastructure owners to uncover vulnerabilities, drive remediation efforts, evaluate associated risks, and enhance existing processes, all to ensure comprehensive security across Apple’s infrastructure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of large-scale security solutions and good knowledge of asset management in ephemeral clouds and container environments.
- Experience using development and integration processes (CI/CD)
- Experience working with and understanding the design of distributed systems with high performance and availability
- Experience with gRPC
- Experience operating Linux and macOS
- Proficiency in the following languages: GoLang, Python
- Understanding principles of building and deploying software, process, and monitoring (SDLC)
- Experience in AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes
