As a Senior Manager, Revenue you will work on establishing new partnerships that leverage the Magnite suite of platforms including our CTV SSP (Streaming) and Ad Server (SpringServe) platforms. You also will work on driving commercial terms and updating agreements across Magnite’s existing customer set to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development and Platform Revenue leadership and be responsible for taking deals through introduction to execution while ensuring partnerships are set up for long term success.

In this role you will:

  • Establish new relationships with potential ad server and SSP customers
  • Work to grow existing relationships at senior levels across internal (MGNI/SS) and external organizations
  • Be responsible for hitting and exceeding business development revenue goals across the team and business
  • Use all available resources and data to inform and negotiate commercial terms with current and potential customers
  • Ensure optimal revenue creation and generation by winning new SSP and ad server business while upselling, growing existing strategic relationships
  • Actively collaborate with product, legal, operations, marketing and other departments across MGNI and SpringServe to proactively drive revenue
  • Represent Magnite at industry events and evangelize the platforms to the general marketplace and ecosystem
  • Inform product roadmap to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell new product features and platform functionality to key customers
  • Actively provide critical updates that inform strategic decisions
  • Partner with the senior leads on the Revenue Team and the VP, Head of Revenue to structure commercial and general GTM strategy
  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic publishers and drive the strategy for account success
  • Successfully navigate complex client organizational structures to ensure proper communication and information flow to all key stakeholders

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 6-8 years of business development experience where structuring and executing complex enterprise agreements with media owners was the focus
  • Existing senior relationships within the media and technology industry
  • Strong level of presentation skills and public speaking
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple team members and senior management to achieve goals
  • Experience navigating complex workflows to find and sell through effective solutions
  • Superior knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and point of view on the future of the space
  • An optimistic approach to customer service and overall client development

In California, the base salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $125,000 - $145,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
