Patent Agent EE/CS

Seeking a patent agent in software and electronics. Candidates should have a degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent. Candidates should be familiar with U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution in electrical and software related technologies and have Industry or law firm experience.

Qualifications

Technical degree in: Physics, Computer Science/ Electrical/ Engineering,

2 or more years of experience of patent preparation and prosecution in software, computer systems, electronics.

• Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• Excellent communications skills
• Providing technical support for patent litigation
• Excellent academic Background
• USPTO registration preferred.
