As a Litigation Trial Attorney at our client's boutique trial law firm, you will play a pivotal role in representing their clients in various legal proceedings. With a primary focus on courtroom advocacy, you will contribute to the firm's success through your extensive litigation experience and exceptional writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all aspects of litigation cases, from inception to resolution, with a strong emphasis on trial proceedings.
2. Represent clients in court, presenting compelling legal arguments and ensuring effective communication with judges and opposing counsel.
3. Conduct in-depth legal research, draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs, showcasing excellent writing skills.
4. Collaborate with the legal team to develop and execute effective case strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
5. Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
6. Engage in settlement negotiations when appropriate, demonstrating negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Effectively manage and organize case-related documents, ensuring accurate and accessible records.

Requirements

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
2. Active bar membership in Colorado.
3. 3-5 years of demonstrated litigation experience.
4. Proven trial experience.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
