About the Job:
We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our Technical Customer Success team in Boston, MA. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of assisting customers utilizing the Qt framework and tools. Your responsibilities include efficiently handling support requests, offering technical assistance through email and virtual meetings, as well as identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the Qt framework.
You will:
- Process support requests from prospects and customers who are developers using the Qt framework and tools
- Provide technical support via email and, in some cases, virtual meetings
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Qt framework and tools
- Develop and provide solutions for bugs found by customers
- Act as the direct contact for some of our Premium customers, understanding their challenges and needs
- Strong programming skills in C++, experience in JavaScript is an advantage
- Experience with any GUI programming either professional or otherwise
- Experience with Qt
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a curiosity for technical problems and motivation to help customers
