If you embrace a growth mindset and thrive on challenge, you may be a perfect fit for our team!Position Summary:This position is primarily responsible for the shipping and receiving of materials, verifies and maintains accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments according to the company-s Quality System Procedures, assists with inventory control, perform cycle counting, and issues materials to production job orders, and orders production consumable supplies as required.Key Responsibilities:Verify inbound, outbound, and intercompany records of goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP/Customer specifications for packaging and labeling.Prepare and provide necessary documents (invoices, packing lists, C of Cs) for customer service and ensure all required paperwork is included with shipments.Manage shipment logistics, including preparing documents for carriers, skidding, banding, and loading/unloading trucks.Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, make boxes for packaging finished goods, and perform additional assigned duties.Must Have:High School Diploma or GED EquivalentMust be able to read, write, and speak fluent EnglishHold a valid Fork Truck License within 30 days of hire date.Good to have:Regularly required to use hands for handling, reaching, and other tasks, along with standing, walking, talking, and hearing during work activities.Must endure prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a workstation and be able to walk between floors in the building.Ability to lift and move objects, regularly lifting up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Cirtec Medical Corporation considers everyone for employment and hires qualified candidates without regard to age, race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law.
