Role Description
This is a full-time position for an IT Manager at Plymold. The IT Manager will oversee technology infrastructure and manage a third-party Managed IT Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will ensure system efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the MSP relationship, overseeing IT infrastructure, handling vendor management, incident response, security compliance, and leading internal IT projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
5+ years of IT management experience
Strong vendor management and IT infrastructure knowledge
Preferred certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
