Summary of the Position:
The Marketing Manager will implement marketing strategies, manage content creation, oversee website + social media platforms, and provide project management support, ensuring brand alignment and effective execution within the Tishman Speyer marketing team and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy & management

  • Help development of annual marketing plan
  • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to support marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze basic marketing data to measure campaign performance.
  • Manage the development and implementation of national campaigns and activations; oversee the creation and update playbooks for use by local teams
Content Creation & Production
  • Ensure the application of brand identity guidelines, brand assets, key presentations and company collateral with external design partners and internal, global stakeholders.
  • Brief and manage development of: 1) Broker marketing support, including leasing decks, broker emails, events, gifts, etc. 2) Consumer-facing marketing support including partnerships, events, 3rd party platforms, organic social media, OOH, email, direct mail, etc.
  • Manage the creation of collateral and signage requests and leveraging and managing all templates associated
  • Photography and video shoot management
Website, social & channel
  • Manage website design and content updates and content management and ensure accuracy and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Oversee the coordination with regional website teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms and channels
  • Develop channel strategy and oversee email marketing efforts, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance analysis and deployment
  • Oversee Social media campaign management, working with external social media agencies & stakeholders, identifying strong stories that support the brand and fit to the social media content strategy, liaising with regional marketing team, regional asset managers and leasing teams, and others across the company to help codify those into social media posts.
Project Management & Administrative
  • Development and management of overall timeline, tracking of team milestones and activities for senior leadership input
  • Liaison for regular status meetings with agency partners both internal and external
  • Main point of contact for Event oversight - small and large scale events for key stakeholders and audiences through various deliverables including invitations, agenda creation, content planning, signage, and more
  • Assistance with budgeting & re-forecasting and ensuring all tracking and data is accurate
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing either at a marketing or advertising agency or within a company
  • Experience in B2B as well as B2C marketing; direct experience in e-commerce marketing and/or in real estate marketing preferred
  • Must have a track record of managing projects autonomously as well as part of a larger team
  • Must have a strong communication, relationship building and organizational skills
  • Collaborative spirit, positive attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic and self-motivation required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PPT, Word, Excel, Teams; proficiency in Adobe Suite preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media management platforms is a requirement.
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
