SUMMARY
The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcome patrons as they arrive.
- Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.
- Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.
- Assemble orders and serve to patrons.
- As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
- Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.
- Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
