Staff Accountant CPS Corporate Office Dublin, Ohio As a fulltime, exempt Staff Accountant with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will actively participate in the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries (cash, payroll, prepaid, fixed assets, and accrued liabilities), preparing balance sheet account reconciliations, completing accounts payable related tasks including fixed assets, creating and sending invoices, assisting with collections from clients, providing year-end audit assistance, assisting with various ad hoc requests and other related duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager. This Staff Accountant role requires great attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills. Pay Range: $65k-$75k per year based on experience + bonus potential. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance At least 3 years' recent accounting work experience Strong knowledge and experience with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Access & Excel: including Formula & Functions; Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting & Filtering; Macros Proficiency with other Microsoft office programs including: Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams Great attention to detail Benefits: All employees enjoy a competitive salary, eligibility to participate in the 401(k) savings plan with a match.
