Albrecht Sign Company has been in the sign business since 2004. As a full-service sign company we consult, design, engineer, manufacture, install and service custom interior and exterior illuminated & non-illuminated signage for leading companies throughout Minnesota and the five state area. DEFINITION AND NATURE OF WORK

We are seeking a motivated, professional, energetic individual who wants to be a part of a successful sales team. We are looking for someone with a proven track record who can contribute over $1 million in sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Generate new sales; follow up when provided a lead.
  2. Coordinate initial meeting with customer to review project.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Identify and properly qualify business opportunities.
  5. Lead negotiations, coordinating the decision-making process and overcoming objections to closure.
  6. Work toward meeting and exceeding quotas set by management.

Qualifications
  1. Experience in the sign industry is preferred.
  2. Construction knowledge / experience a plus.
  3. Ambitious, organized, self-motivated.
  4. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
