As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and launch of innovative products from conception through to market introduction. You will play a crucial role in crafting our international offerings and strengthening our competitive position in the market. Your strategic oversight will ensure that initiatives driven at the parent company level are effectively executed within daughter companies, enhancing global coherence and local impact.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strateg y: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with leadership at the parent company and are tailored for effective execution at the daughter company level. This includes logical organization of information, crafting compelling product positioning, and establishing distinct market differentiators.

Marketing and Sales Suppor t: Oversee the implementation of effective marketing messages, marketing campaign and sales tools, including literature, brochures, digital content and promotional items that support field sales globally and address any product line issues, ensuring alignment across daughter companies.

Operational Strategy and Executio n: From insights gathered through market analysis, develop strategic opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns. Coordinate and discuss these campaigns with each daughter company to tailor approaches that maximize local market impact and coherence with global objectives.

Performance Managemen t: Monitor and achieve global product line sales and margin targets. Oversee the assessment of product line performance through sales trends, margins, demand, and brand perception analyses at daughter companies. Initiate market research to inform strategic decisions and create a feedback loop that spans across organizational tiers.

Training and Complianc e: Drive global training initiatives in line with regulatory and internal guidelines. Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on marketing aspects, ensuring compliance and alignment between the parent and daughter companies.

Agile Methodology Applicati on: Implement Agile methodologies throughout the product development phases, ensuring that both parent and daughter company teams are synchronized during sprint planning and reviews.

Metrics and Analytic s: Develop and utilize metrics to assess the success of product features. Analyze outcomes to refine and enhance product offerings, coordinating efforts across departments at both the parent and daughter company levels.

Internal Ambassadorshi p: Serve as the internal face of the product, acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries. Ensure product integrity throughout its lifecycle by adhering to legal and compliance standards.

Product Discovery and Developmen t: Lead product discovery efforts to deeply understand customer needs and customer experience, translating these insights into actionable product requirements. Facilitate the translation of customer needs and features into clear requirements that guide the development team. Oversee the development of new products from pilot to scalable solutions, ensuring they meet international market needs.

Technology Innovatio n: Harness the latest technological innovations, such as generative AI, to enhance customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

End-to-End Ownershi p: Act as the end-to-end owner of the product lines, responsible for their adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in product management, particularly in software product management and international business development.
  • 3+ years of product ownership within a single company required
  • Strong leadership capabilities, able to direct large-scale projects and promote collaboration across functionally and geographically diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, comfortable in a dynamic, agile environment
  • Knowledge of the digital tech stack, including CRM (e.g., HubSpot), PMS (e.g., Jira), analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau), and UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 25%, including potential international trips, to ensure tight integration and alignment across our global operations
