FleetDrive 360 is an emerging software platform servicing all aspects of regulatory compliance for businesses in the trucking and logistics space. Using our platform, our clients save significant time and money for driver hiring/onboarding, managing a drug and alcohol testing program, and maintaining current driver and vehicle files. We are built on an Open-API platform with many integration partners and the ability to connect to client systems to provide custom and near-custom solutions to their specific needs.

Position: SaaS Sales Leader
Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30313
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts for FleetDrive 360’s SaaS product throughout North America with a specific focus in asset-based companies in the Trucking and Logistics, Construction, and Retail Goods spaces.
  2. Conduct discovery sessions and product demos with prospects and customers via web or in person.
  3. Develop and negotiate complex, enterprise-level proposals and contracts.
  4. Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Product Experts, and Technical Services to share client feedback, close deals, and effectively execute sold transactions.
  5. Maintain a high degree of awareness of customers’ next best alternatives and communicate competitive challenges in a timely manner to sales management and technology teams.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction during the initial stages of the product implementation.
  7. Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers at assigned accounts.
  8. Achieve annual quota assigned by your manager.
  9. Develop strategic account plans.
  10. Play an active role in building organization capability by mentoring and developing SDRs and inside sales reps.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of Enterprise SAAS sales experience (SaaS/Cloud).
  2. Background in selling to Trucking / Logistics or Supply Chain space.
  3. Must have demonstrated success in securing new clients and growing a sales territory.
  4. Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems), HubSpot experience preferred.
  5. Business-minded with an understanding of contracts, revenue, margins, and developing mutually beneficial deals with clients and closing complex cycles.
  6. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

  3. Ability to deliver presentations and explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
