As a Recruiting Technology Analyst, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Recruitment Technology team reporting to Senior Manager Recruiting Technology, you will help lead efforts to improve and elevate Recruiting Systems users’ capabilities and experiences through streamlined support solutions, technology enhancements, strategic planning, and training.

How You Will Make An Impact
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Be a project team member on system implementations and system functionality enhancements necessary to meet ongoing organizational needs.
- Be the main representative and liaison to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and communicate status and resolution to business partners and management.
- Assist with configurations of new functionality within the Oracle HCM Recruiting System, perform regression testing for application upgrades, and provide tier 2 support when needed.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Partner with our Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical career site-related items, ensuring that our career site pages are built to showcase Hilton as a top employer and enable a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to find creative solutions.
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by providing insights on test cases and data, and conducting testing.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of professional experience in a corporate or similar environment
- One (1) year of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) Applications (such as Oracle or Workday)
- Flexibility for occasional travel to corporate offices as needed
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA/BS Bachelor’s degree
- Three (3) to five (5) years or more of experience working with a Global HCM system such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting, or Workday
- Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in a corporate or similar environment
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Global Human Capital Management or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) implementation experience
