Job Summary:
Long Ridge Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This role combines administrative support with an opportunity to gain exposure into the recruitment process. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing communications
Revise and edit candidates' resumes, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting
Manage and update internal databases, tracking progress throughout searches
Create job descriptions and post externally, ensuring they accurately reflect positions.
Provide administrative support in the form of scheduling interviews, editing relevant documents, and conducting reference calls
Qualifications:
1+ years of administrative experience
Strong written, communication, and editing skills with experience in revising and improving written content
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
