You will be sent to classes to receive your certification and we will cover that expense.Responsibilities of the Resident Service Aides (RSA) include:Daily DutiesPass water with dates on cupsHelp pass meal traysHelp answer call lightsStock Rooms (gloves, briefs, chucks, bags, soap, and/or creams)Make beds during showersTake smokers out for breaksTake dirty linen to laundryTake trash outMonthly DutiesNew bed pans, urinals, and basins all dated with last name.New bags for bed pans, urinals, and basins also dated with last name and hang in bathroom.
