GH Logistics LLC is looking for dedicated OTR drivers based out of Houston, TX to join our team and run dedicated postal mail routes across the U.S. If you’re ready to maximize your income while still having flexibility in your schedule, this is the perfect opportunity! OTR Driver Job Details
Routes:
Dedicated Postal Mail Lanes: You’ll be running consistent, high-priority postal mail lanes across 48 states, ensuring steady mileage and income.
Houston-Based Runs: While we do not have a home terminal in Houston, you will pick up your assigned truck in either San Antonio or Dallas using your personal vehicle. We’ll coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth start to each trip.
Pay Structure by Time on the Road:
5 Days Out: For drivers wanting to be out for shorter trips, 5-day runs offer a balance between earnings and home time.
10-14 Days Out: Stay on the road for 10-14 days to significantly increase your weekly income, with the opportunity to run longer hauls and maximize miles.
21+ Days Out: For those who are committed to running for 21 days or more, this schedule provides the highest earning potential, with access to the most miles and the top CPM rates.
Pay:
Base Pay: Starts at $0.68 CPM (split) with postal mail freight incentives.
Earnings Potential: With our OTR postal mail lanes, dedicated drivers have the potential to earn $105,000+ per year, depending on their chosen schedule and time on the road.
Incentive-Based Pay: Your mileage pay will increase based on how long you stay out on the road, allowing you to maximize your weekly income the longer you commit to OTR runs.
Travel Bonus:
Gas and Time Covered: You will receive a travel bonus to cover the cost of gas and time served for traveling to pick up your assigned truck from either San Antonio or Dallas (approximately 100-150 miles from Houston).
This travel bonus ensures that you're fairly compensated for your efforts to pick up your truck, providing you with additional earnings before you start your route.
Flexibility:
Pick-Up and Reset Locations: Since we do not have a terminal in Houston, you will be expected to pick up units in San Antonio or Dallas using your personal vehicle.
Home Resets: While most resets will take place on the road, there may be opportunities for resets in your home area in Houston upon executive approval. We strive to work with drivers to provide flexibility when possible.
Choose Your Schedule: Whether you prefer 5-day runs, 10-14 day trips, or 21+ days on the road, we have options to fit your lifestyle and income goals.

Safely operate tractor-trailer vehicles for dedicated postal mail deliveries.
Utilize CDL and driving expertise to efficiently transport goods nationwide.
Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
Travel in your personal vehicle to pick up assigned trucks in San Antonio or Dallas.
Communicate effectively with team members and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
