Job Summary
Job Requirements
* Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending English
* English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
* Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift up to 30 pounds
* Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
* Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
* Ability to use hands in using office equipment, including the computer system
* Close vision and focus capabilities to view computer screen and company documents
* Self-starter, results-oriented and the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment
* Ability to remain seated and/or standing for an extended time
Operations
* Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner
* Set up Check-In area on event day(s) and/or the day prior
* Maintains consistent communication with Human Resources Department
* Participates in HR projects, goals, and meetings when applicable
* Ensures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
* Has strong attention to detail
Controls
* Thoroughly and accurately uses Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets at check-in with intermediate level experience.
* Ensures team members adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
Team
* Provides guidance and feedback to team
* Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
* Displays a positive attitude towards team members
