Senior Strategic Planning Analyst

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to provide support to a major Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) at the historic Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC . A hybrid and/or remote schedule may be available with government approval. We are an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers. We need a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

• Manage the programs strategic and organizational planning and execution processes.
• Monitor, review, and assess changes in DoD, DoN, NAVSEA, PEO Ships and other key stakeholder strategic plans to ensure the programs plans, policies, and objectives are in alignment.
• Coordinate with the program's leadership in recommending and establishing strategic goals and objectives.
• Draft policy and leadership correspondence associated with strategic direction and guidance.
• conduct detailed technical analysis of shipbuilding industrial base issues and provide recommendations on effective performance measures associated with shipbuilding, conversion, and repair activities.
• provide business assessments on primary industrial base partners, and recommend technical standards associated with shipbuilding, conversion, and repair that may be applied across programs.

• 10 years of experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD/Navy program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business management.
• 5 years supervisory experience
• 5 years of experience with strategic planning, performance assessments and analysis, culture and climate assessments and analysis, and business transformation efforts.
• Experience with policies, procedures, and performance measures for shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair.

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in related field, or seven of 10 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.
