We are seeking an attorney with five or more years of general civil litigation experience to join our firm. The firm’s litigation practice includes employment law, business disputes, real estate, products liability, environmental, family law, and trusts and estates. Litigation associates also have opportunities to assist with and learn transactional practice areas, such as corporate governance, tax, and business planning. 


Candidates must be members of the California Bar and should have a competitive law school class ranking. Law school journal experience is preferred. Strong research and writing skills are expected. Several days each week of in-office presence is mandatory; employees are required to work primarily in the office. Salary will depend on experience and ranges from $170,000/year to $200,000/year. Bonus eligibility begins at 1700 billable hours (pro-rated if hired mid-year).
