5+ Year Experienced Personal Injury Attorney
Our rapidly growing personal injury law firm located in downtown Los Angeles and sponsors of the NBA Los Angeles Lakers, the NFL Los Angeles Rams, and the Los Angeles Football Club is seeking an experienced 5+ year litigation attorney. We handle auto accidents, premises liability cases, products liability cases, and workers’ compensation matters. Duties include handling cases from inception to trial, including but not limited to all facets of written and deposition discovery, negotiations, and trials. We pair each attorney with one paralegal to assist with discovery, filing, serving, and other issues. We also have a dedicated law and motion department to handle all motions.
We offer benefits including health insurance, dental, and vision coverage. Salary is commensurate with experience. We also offer a bonus structure for case resolution that is distributed once we receive the settlement check and disburse the funds

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at Law Offices Of Jacob Emrani in Los Angeles, CA. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, representing clients in courts, preparing for trials, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients in legal proceedings.
Qualifications
- Legal expertise in Persona injury Law and Trials
- Experience in preparing Motions and conducting Depositions
- Familiarity with court procedures and practices
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
