Program Director - Family Treatment and Rehabilitation Program (FT/R)

Salary: $95k - $100k

At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower, and promote independence for at-risk children & families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.

As The Program Director , you are responsible for the overall management and operations of Family Treatment and Rehabilitation Program prevention services to families at risk of abuse or neglect of children to help avert the need for foster care placement or re-placement. The Program Director, in partnership with the Administrative Director of Prevention Services, will provide vision and leadership for the FT/R program and will exhibit a leadership style that is mission and vision-oriented, goal-driven, and strategic. The Program Director will have a firm understanding of program evaluation and quality improvement and can demonstrate the ability to drive performance by setting expectations and accountability measures.

Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree in Social Work or in a related Human Services field required.
  2. Five (2) or more years of progressive managerial experience.
  3. Working experience in an ACS contracted preventive services program.
  4. Working knowledge of ACS Prevention Standards and Policies, as well as CONNECTIONS and PROMIS data systems.
  5. Some position requirements necessitate travel to Westchester County and throughout the city.
