Director Mission Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership to shape and influence how the Mission, Vision and Values are lived out in the daily life of BayCare within their specific market.
• This Mission Integration work touches all aspects of organizational life including governance, strategic, operations, spiritual care and spirituality and healing for those we serve and those with whom we serve.
• Sustaining a culture consistent with the BayCare Mission and Values requires vigilance at all times especially during times of change and transition to maintain the legacies and spirit of the founding participants and to ensure alignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Master's in Health Care Mission (MAHCM), Divinity or Theology OR
• Currently enrolled in Master's of Health Care Mission (MAHCM), Divinity or Theology program with expected graduation within 1 year of hire.

Required Experience:

• Preferred experience includes 3 years in Mission, Spirituality, Community Health or Advocacy.
