We're looking for a Human Resource professional working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States .

Responsibilities:

1. Manage onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits administration, employee engagement, training and development initiatives, payroll, wellness, and lead employee relations.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding any questions/concerns.
3. Lead employee engagement efforts and event committee.
4. Support managers with staffing, employee relations, performance management, etc.
