Job description

The Catering Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the catering department's day-to-day operations. The position is a blend of customer service, administrative tasks, and coordination with the onsite catering team.


Reports to: Catering Director


Job duties include:


  • Customer communication and coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for catering inquiries via email and telephone.
  • Working with software
  • Administrative Tasks


Ideal candidate requirements:


  • Prior experience in the catering/events industry or restaurant industry.
  • Previous office administration experience.
  • High school diploma required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends when needed- specifically during holidays
  • Must be able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Computer: Word, Excel, Outlook, Caterease (catering software)
