We are hiring a Freelance Logistics Assistant to join a top luxury fashion company in NYC. This position will run for 2 months and will be based onsite Monday - Thursday, Fridays remote.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Stock in Transit for all shipments coming into North America
- Monitor Stock on Hand to ensure the warehouse is processing shipments on time
- Daily Clean up
- Approval of Store Transfers
- Track all article list creation from the buyer(s) and provide tracking numbers
- Run all pending article list from WA07
- Ensure all ghost transfers are completed
- Ensure all the logs for Ecommerce are updated
- Send email communication to CS to ensure RA’s are created, refusal letters are sent and cancellations for marketplace accounts
- Monitor all ECOM overnight packages
- Send shipping labels to the warehouse
- Run Ecommerce Stock in Transit
- PO amendments for beauty
- Assist with inventory
- Re-barcode merchandise
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics
- Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) experience
- Data entry experience
- SAP experience ideal
- Must be flexible, adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Quick and agile Learner
