Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  2. Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing teams and cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  4. Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  5. Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  6. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  7. Work with internal and external creative teams to develop and execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of the fashion industry and Gen Z culture to ensure our brand stays relevant and competitive.

Qualifications

  1. Education background in art/design.
  2. Proven experience in developing and executing social media brand strategies, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Experience managing a team and collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
  7. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  8. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
