Superintendent - Chico Unified School District

The Chico Unified School District is seeking dynamic, experienced leaders to apply for the position of District Superintendent. The current superintendent will be retiring in June of 2025, after 18 years’ exemplary service in this role. The new superintendent will assume the role on July 1, 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Candidates must possess a CA Professional Clear Administrative Services Credential (or equivalent from another state and eligible to obtain CA credentials).
2. A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or a related field is required.
3. District level administrative experience is required.
