Key Responsibilities:
Verify and manage patient insurance eligibility and benefits for two pediatric dental practices.
Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently to Revenue Cycle Management Team
Communicate with patients regarding their coverage and financial responsibilities.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth billing process.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of dental experience. (REQUIRED)
Knowledge of dental insurance, including Medicaid. (REQUIRED)
Proficiency in Open Dental software. (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
