Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring a Sr. Registration Project Manager to support several large high profile clients.
This is a hybrid role out of our Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Boston or NYC office.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, develop, and execute registration program operations for complex and large-scale events.
- Collaborate with the Account Director to define technical specifications for online registration forms, correspondence plans, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain regular client-facing relationships to contribute to successful project outcomes.
- Manage registration timelines, oversee data integrity and quality control, handle registration reporting, manage on-site registration processes, and train and supervise on-site staff.
- Engage proactively and effectively manage to ensure seamless execution.

Flexible: You know that flexibility is key for a Registration Specialist, allowing you to adjust strategies as needed.
Solution Oriented: You are a reliable problem solver and action taker.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in large scale, complex registration projects.
- Experience leading a successful team.
- Skills acquired in hotel reservations or front desk are a definite plus!
Beyond the Registration Team, you will collaborate most often with the Account Director, PM, Housing Project Manager, and the Contact Center team, as well as clients, agency partners, and vendors.
Salary range: $80-90k (dependent on experience, skills, and location).
