A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.One year of experience (or equivalent) in architectural/engineering/construction estimating and related functions, including planning, techniques, and contracting required.Conceptual and Hard-Bid estimating experience preferred.Computer literacy (ex. Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) required.Specific software literacy (ex. On-Screen Take-Off, Adobe Reader) preferred.Previous work experience in the construction design-build industry, including work with contractors and subcontractors in public markets (ex.
