Job Summary
Focus on managing the HR data and technology portfolio, helping to continue to scale the organization through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes. In this role reporting to our Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Technology, you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to focus on developing programs and maintaining substantial analytics to help drive business decisions, and you will create short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, and security as it relates to our People processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic thought partner and key contributor in defining & executing the next phase of our digital transformation. Partner with business leaders & HR teams across the organization to assess business needs and then evolve/reinforce/bring to life relevant people strategies that align to business maturity.
- Build strong cross-division relationships and partners that will help you to better understand and inform people strategies across all technology divisions. Lead large scale, cross-functional HR projects from start to finish including deliverables, resource allocation, cost, schedule, quality and status reporting.
- Manage and develop members of the HR Technology team, who are responsible for implementing and maintaining HR technology tools, maintaining candidate and employee data, reporting, and analytics.
- Advance HR Technology and Analytics roadmap initiatives and future HR systems.
- Maintain knowledge, trends and developments in data management and HR applications to ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Understand and apply external HR trends, specific to emerging technologies and operating models to decide the most valuable opportunities to continuously improve HR operations and services.
- Liaise with organization leaders to define & track organizational health & diversity metrics, identify talent & workforce trends, and develop systemic recommendations for action using a data-driven mindset and highly effective analytical skills.
- Develop robust reporting and analytics which include designing and building dashboards, metrics, and reporting that support HR programs and decisions; providing insights into internal trends, comparing external best practices and benchmarks; and compiling complex data reports, and summaries requested by leadership and HR staff.
- Partner effectively with other HR groups to leverage our scale, expertise, resources, and support in an efficient, streamlined and business-relevant way.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field of study.
- 7-10+ years of progressively responsible related experience including 3-5 years of management experience.
- Ability to influence change across a matrix organization and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions.
- Ability to manage outsourced development.
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success and ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an advisory capacity to identify key technical and business problems, develop and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Expertise in project management including project planning and estimating, project budgeting, staffing, change control, and status reporting.
