Job Description

Jan Robert Executive Search helps companies build superior leadership teams, focusing on C-level and VP-level roles. An executive search firm operates on an exclusive, client-centered basis and works on a limited number of search assignments at a time to ensure a speedy delivery process while maintaining a high level of quality.

This role will be remote.

Responsibilities:

  1. Selling our Executive Search products.
  2. Manage and close inbound leads.
  3. Actively prospecting via cold-calls.
  4. CRM proficiency, manage and provide transparency and visibility into an accurate pipeline.
  5. Manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle.
  6. Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs.
  7. Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment.
  8. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  2. Bachelor Degree (or equivalent).
  3. Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
  4. Can work independently and manage time, whether in our office or remotely.
  5. Have a process-driven sales approach and proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads.
  6. Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market relationships/accounts.
  7. A strong understanding of Executive Search products is preferred.
  8. Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services.
  9. Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  10. Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
  11. You have a proven track history of establishing successful and results-oriented client relationships.
  12. Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Primary Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Freelance and Remotely

Schedule: Full-time

Salary Yearly: $120,000 (10K a month) commission based.
