Real Estate Counsel

Our client, a leader in purpose-driven law and an advocate for sustainable work/life balance, seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team. This incoming attorney will join a leading Real Estate Law practice and enjoy low billable hours (1650 client billable hours; total expectation is 1800 hours total, 150 may be fulfilled with pro bono work, community service, and prof dev efforts). The desired candidate should have extensive transactional real estate experience and look forward to being part of a highly collegial team. The firm offers flexible hybrid/ remote work arrangements, and the option to support any of the firm's five offices, though LA is preferred.

Base compensation is $250-300k.
