Job Description
As the Digital Services Technical Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and requirements to produce compelling, usable, SaaS applications for users to support health system operational workflows!


Your role:

  1. Lead the develop of cutting-edge SaaS products, including value propositions, business cases, and customer journeys
  2. Create go-to-market plans in collaboration with downstream partners
  3. Identify and solve for unmet user needs in skills, process capabilities, and capacity to support sustained business growth and results
  4. Map complex systems, partner with engineering teams, and build high-impact user interfaces

You're the right fit if:

  1. You’ve acquired 6+ years of professional experience within either of the following:
  • medical product or services innovation and development
  • business management/product management/strategy within tele-health, medical device or healthcare information system regulated business
  • You are a strong critical thinker and problem solver, with a willingness to get in the weeds with development teams
  • Can facilitate workshop and interdisciplinary collaboration to drive cross-functional alignments and optimize product requirements
  • You have experience in IT, informatics, cloud computing, or similar field
  • You can successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
  • You are familiar with ultrasound clinical workflows and health system operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or “STEAM” disciplines (science, technology, engineering, art, or math) preferred, but not necessary.
