Join our dynamic team as an Sales Executive, where you'll be responsible for closing leads and driving sales for our business funding solutions. We specialize in providing MCA loans, SBA financing, and asset-based lines of credit to businesses. If you have a passion for sales and a background in banking or commercial lending, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential clients from a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Conduct extensive calling campaigns to reach and follow up with prospects.
  • Educate clients on our suite of financial products, including MCA loans, SBA financing, and asset-based lines of credit.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in lending, underwriting, or financial services.
  • Strong background in commercial banking or lending is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MCA loans, SBA financing, and asset-based lines of credit is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation :

  • Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives can bring the total yearly compensation for the right person to well over $120,000.
