We are now looking for a Datacenter Boards Product Development Engineering Manager. NVIDIA Corporation is a world leader in visual computing and artificial intelligence technology. We are looking for an engineering and product development leader to drive key aspects of the product engineering operations and technology for the enterprise and datacenter platforms who will bring deep knowledge and experience in GPU and/or CPU development, microarchitecture, design, architecture, as well as key technologies such as high-speed interconnects, memories (HBM2e/3, GDDR5, etc.), system reliability, and server RAS features.

What you’ll be doing:

  • In this capacity you will eventually own a product or series of products end-to-end through the entire product lifecycle; your role would be to ensure successful production ramps are achieved working through a large matrixed team. This position is for a people manager role.
  • You'll be able to architect the test methodology for enterprise platform manufacturing tests; refine, revise and overhaul test and manufacturing flows; influence and drive software tools/infrastructure required for new product development, validation, and productization.
  • Opportunity to work closely with architecture, hardware, software and product engineering teams through the product development lifecycle.
  • Be ready to be challenged to assess new hardware features and architect manufacturing diagnostic tests using pre-beta CUDA and OpenGL extensions.
  • You'll cultivate a deep understanding of NVIDIA's hardware and software architecture.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years people management.
  • 10+ overall years experience with enterprise platforms, high speed interconnects, memories, board development concepts, operations and program management.
  • Strong engineering and/or program/project management background.
  • Track record of successfully leading complex projects with geographically diverse and large teams.
  • Proven self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to new technology.
  • Strong problem solving and debugging expertise; track record of institutionalizing root-cause analysis.
  • Strong experience in software and hardware development to apply to product engineering know-how.

The base salary range is $212,000 - $339,250. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
