Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Dallas team. This role is designed for a top-level professional with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Automotive, or Healthcare sectors and demonstrate a history of longevity and growth in their career. This position offers a clear path to advancement into a Project Executive role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage high-profile construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
