Our Story: Since our founding in September 2017, Impact Home Health has achieved remarkable growth, serving over 100 patients within the first six months and expanding beyond Sedgwick County by April 2018. By the end of 2018, we reached 24 additional counties, and in 2019, we proudly supported the Brain Injury waiver with comprehensive care and therapies, securing an exclusive Aetna contract as a preferred provider. Undeterred by the COVID-19 pandemic, we expanded to 47 counties across south-central Kansas, strengthening partnerships with Kansas MCOs. In 2023, we rebranded with renewed vigor, focusing on our mission to make positive impacts, and triumphantly secured a new contract with UHC for enhanced reimbursement rates.

Our Mission: We are committed to making a purposeful, positive, and lasting impact in the lives of those we serve—our patients, our employees, and our healthcare partners.
