Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into our systems to ensure records are up-to-date.
- Process customer orders accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities and pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and orders.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding orders and data.
Qualifications
- Proficient with computers and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and databases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous clerical or office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus.
