DescriptionStarting pay: $23.24Wastequip has an immediate opportunity for a Welder to support our Amrep Division in our Ontario, CA manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be a MIG Welder with prior experience in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPositions parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps parts together along layout marksLays out, positions, and tack welds work piecesWelds along vertical, horizontal, and overhead weld linesConnects regulator valves to oxygen and fuel gas cylinders for cutting torch. Turns regulator valves to activate flow of gases, lights torch, and adjusts gas mixture and pressure to obtain desired flame.
