We're looking for a detail-oriented Talent Operations Associate. One who is solution-focused and over the top about internal customer service. One who constantly thinks about "how can we make this better" and "what if".
The position: The Talent Operations Associate is responsible for creating a smooth onboarding experience for employees joining RPM Living.
Responsibilities
  • Creates offer letters and sends background screen invites within applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Administers employee referral bonus program.
  • Communicates with internal stakeholders and candidates on offer letter and background screen statuses.
  • Understands the roles and minimum qualifications necessary for onsite positions.
  • Confirms onsite offer letters and pre-employment documents are signed and accurate by the assigned deadline(s.)
  • Audits employee data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Serves as backup for partnering Talent Operations Associates.
  • Supports I-9 and E-Verify processes.
  • Compiles project data and disseminates with internal stakeholders.
  • As needed, assists with programs/projects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • Knowledge of iCIMS and Ultimate Software experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technology and platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to review work, identify discrepancies with a keen attention to detail.
  • Skilled in time management ensuring tasks are complete accurately and within deadlines.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Associate's degree in business administration, human resources or related field. Experience may substitute for education.
  • One year of human resources onboarding or recruiting experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data.
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer.
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment.
Work Environment:
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
