About the Role
As a Pharmacy Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end service for Capsule customers and partners. You will help to navigate complex pharmacy issues, including prescription refills, transfers, and prior authorizations. Your responsibilities will include:

About the Role
As a Pharmacy Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end service for Capsule customers and partners. You will help to navigate complex pharmacy issues, including prescription refills, transfers, and prior authorizations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering all relevant internal workflows, systems, and industry knowledge required to deliver on a seamless, delightful experience for Capsule customers and partners
- Providing diligent, proactive, and timely communications, both inbound and outbound, via multiple mediums (phone, text, chat, email) with Capsule customers and partners. At times, this will include liaising between the customer, internal teams, providers, and insurers in escalated situations requiring complicated troubleshooting
- Partnering closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Partnerships) to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies
- You are located in the state of New York or are willing to obtain a New Jersey Technician Registration before the start date
- You have flexible availability. Schedules will be set in conversation with hiring managers and may include both weekday and weekend hours or morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- You are proficient with computer and Windows PC applications, including the aptitude to learn and navigate additional computer systems that may be new to you
- You have access to a reliable computer with audio and video capabilities, including high-speed internet of at least 100 Mbps
- You have 1+ years of prior pharmacy experience, including familiarity with industry specific terminology (SIG codes, both brand and generic names of medications), with a preference for retail specific pharmacy experience
- You are available to work within the department operating hours: Monday to Friday: 7am - 11pm EST and Saturday to Sunday: 8am - 8pm EST
- Preferred, but not required: fluency Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
