JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist customers and service personnel as needed.
• Communicate with guest and confirm appointments
• Prepare the appointment packets
• Call appointments that did not show and re-schedule them
• Cashier duties, when needed
• Supervise loaner fleet and make loaner contracts as needed
• Assist service manager and advisors with various tasks
• Train with service advisors to develop the skills needed to take care of guests
• Call extended warranties and make claims

LOCATION:
Tom Bush BMW Orange Park is located at 6914 Blanding Blvd, 1 mile north of I-295. We are located directly next door to our sister store, Mazda City Orange Park.
SUPERVISION :
Your supervisor will be our Service Manager, James Latham, who has over 15 years of automotive experience.
ATTIRE:
Tom Bush polo shirt (provided) & pants or skirt
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to listen and follow direction.
• Candidates must have outstanding customer service phone skills and good organizational skills
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
• Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation skills (including use of MS Office)
• Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license
