Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to add to our clients growing team!
As a MIG Welder for our client, you will need strong sheet metal fabrication and welding skills in a job shop environment. You will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products. Fabricator experience is desired and TIG welding experience is a plus in this position! We are looking for a MIG Welder who takes ownership of their work and performs to high quality standards.
This is a 1st shift, contract-to-hire position, with a well-established job shop in the Greenville, WI area. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm with flexible overtime available. The starting pay ranges based on experience level and weld test results, $23-27+ per hour.

- 3+ years of MIG welding experience in a job shop environment, strongly preferred.
- Strong fabrication skills working with sheet metal, mild and stainless steel.
- Ability to read routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings.
- Experience TIG welding 1/8th thickness or smaller is a plus. 11 or 14 gauge exp is also preferred.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
