Our client, a global industrial manufacturer, is looking to hire an experienced full-time IT Manager to join their team in Mountainside, NJ (this will be 4x/week onsite).


This role is essential in supporting their infrastructure, applications, and ensuring a smooth user experience for both our US and international teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Direction: Lead and manage all IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, and user support.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, systems, and networks.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system patching and scripting.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the setup process for new hires, including logins, passwords, email accounts, and hardware configuration.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
  • Training: Train staff on basic IT practices to promote self-sufficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Director of Finance and other departments to ensure IT initiatives align with business goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all internal users, both domestically and internationally, with support from an overseas IT technician.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar IT management role
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience working in a Microsoft environment, including Active Directory and ADUC Proficient in system administration tasks, including patching and scripting. Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Strong customer service focus.
