The Impact You Will Make

  • Support internal tools that our sales team uses including Salesforce, Spiff, and others
  • Manage day to day changes and requests related to commission for our sales, success, and other internal teams
  • Lead and execute on critical analytical and technical programs related to operational processes to enhance sales productivity
  • Act as a key partner to sales, onboarding and success stakeholders
  • Work directly with external partners to address tool improvements and additions depending on business needs and impact that tool is driving
  • Create business requirement documentation and problem statements based on stakeholder feedback to articulate process improvements
  • Analyze financial impact and productivity impact of current tools and processes
  • Write standard operating procedures and create materials to communicate process changes

What You Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years in Sales Operations with proven track record of process implementation and problem solving
  • Previous work experience and working knowledge of admin tooling including Salesforce, Spiff, or other commission tools
  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business degree, or related curriculum is preferred
  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce
  • 1+ years of experience with a commission tool or commission process, Spiff experience a plus
  • Experience managing projects that work with multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Comfortable taking charge in a room with high level management and establishing an action plan
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment with a great amount of ambiguity
  • Ability to define critical metrics and measure success of the projects / initiatives
  • Ability to work cross functionally and desire to drive adoption and buy-in of new plans and initiatives
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while continuing to move initiatives forward
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical, planning, and problem solving aptitude
